Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting any items from our website. By placing an order, you agree to abide by the following policies:

1. Pricing and Additional Charges

• Trailer Rentals and Delivery Not Included: Prices listed on our website do not include trailer rentals or delivery. These services are available at an additional charge, depending on your location and the nature of the items being delivered.
• Delivery Charges: Due to the many variables involved—including distance, accessibility, and item size/weight—delivery charges are calculated separately and are not displayed at checkout. We will provide a custom quote upon request.

2. Damage Waiver (Required) & Tax

• A damage waiver fee is mandatory with every rental. This waiver is a non-refundable charge that covers accidental damage to the rental items under normal use.
• It does not cover loss, theft, gross negligence, or misuse.
• Tax is required unless we have an exempt form on file that will need to be updated every year.
• Costs of the damage waiver & Tax will be calculated at quote request.

3. Images and Item Representation

• Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate representations, the actual item rented may vary slightly in brand, model, or appearance, but will be similar in function and quality.

4. Rental Agreement

• All rentals are subject to our Rental Agreement, which includes terms for pickup/return, usage, security deposit, and liability. A signed agreement is required prior to delivery or pickup of items.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

• Modifications to your order may result in changes to pricing and availability. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing and the items reserved.
